LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Enter your badge number.  The badge number can be found on the “juror badge” located in the top right corner of the paper jury summons you received in the mail.
  2. Enter your date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format.
  3. Click the SIGN IN button one time only.  
If you are unable to fill out the questionnaire online, please complete the questionnaire portion of the jury summons you received in the mail and send it to Jury Management in the envelope provided.
